Booking and Cancellation Policy

Once you have spoken with us to reserve your event date and read our booking and cancellation policy, you can send us the booking form. After receiving your request along with a 50% deposit, we put you on the calendar, and you commit to Caffeination Station that you want us for your coffee event. Your reservation is then guaranteed and locked in.

If you need to cancel, you will be reimbursed the deposit fee minus $50 for the transaction fee. If you need to reschedule your event it must be within 1-2 months of the originally scheduled date or an agreed upon date with Caffeination Station. At that time, Caffeination Station would need to collect 100% of the agreed upon price.
